Article Processing Charges (APCs)
This journal does not charge any submission or initial review fees. Article processing charges are applied only after the author receives an official eligibility notification via email, confirming that the manuscript is suitable to proceed to the peer review stage.
Publication Fee Scheme
| Publication Track | Article Processing Charge | Estimated Timeframe |
|---|---|---|
| Regular Publication | IDR 1,000,000 | 3–6 months (review to publication) |
| Priority Publication | IDR 1,500,000 | 1–2 months (accelerated review and publication) |
Authors with International Affiliation
- Manuscripts with a first author affiliated with an institution outside Indonesia are fully exempt from publication fees.
- For manuscripts where authors with international affiliation appear as second author or beyond, a 50% fee reduction is applied.
Fee Waiver Policy
Authors who experience financial constraints may submit a request for a publication fee waiver. All waiver requests will be evaluated by the editorial board on a case-by-case basis.
Letter of Acceptance (LOA)
A Letter of Acceptance (LOA) is issued only after the manuscript has been formally accepted following the completion of the peer review and final editorial decision. The issuance of an LOA does not occur prior to acceptance.
Refund Policy
If a manuscript is rejected at any stage of the peer review process, all fees paid will be fully refunded.
Post-Publication Revision Policy
Once an article has been formally published online and assigned a DOI, it constitutes the version of record and is considered final and permanent. Substantive revisions to published content — including but not limited to changes in data, results, methodology, conclusions, or authorship — are not permitted as a routine service and will only be considered under exceptional circumstances, subject to editorial evaluation.
Requests for post-publication revision must be submitted in writing no later than 30 calendar days from the date of online publication, using the official Post-Publication Revision Request Form, and are subject to the following administrative charges:
| Category | Description | Fee |
|---|---|---|
| Minor correction | Typographical errors in author name, affiliation, or citation formatting that do not affect scientific content | IDR 150,000 |
| Substantial revision | Changes to data, results, methodology, or conclusions requested by the author(s) | IDR 1,500,000 |
| Authorship change | Addition, removal, or reordering of authors, requiring a signed consent letter from all listed and incoming authors | IDR 2,000,000 |
These charges reflect the administrative costs associated with re-issuing metadata to Crossref, updating records across indexing databases (Google Scholar, SINTA, Garuda, etc.), and conducting editorial re-evaluation of the requested changes.
Submission of a revision request does not guarantee approval. The editorial board reserves the right to decline requests deemed non-substantive, submitted outside the stipulated timeframe, or raising concerns regarding publication ethics. Approved revisions will be published as a formal Erratum or Corrigendum; the original article will not be removed or replaced. All administrative fees for post-publication revision are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the request.
Cases involving suspected data fabrication, plagiarism, or other ethical violations will be handled in accordance with COPE Retraction Guidelines and are not subject to the fees outlined above.
