Evektifitas Model Flipped Classroom untuk Pembelajaran Kepemimpinan di Perguruan Tinggi

Pembelajaran kepemimpinan di perguruan tinggi masih didominasi metode ceramah sehingga partisipasi, kemampuan berpikir kritis, dan kemandirian mahasiswa belum optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan motivasi belajar, kemandirian, dan kemampuan berpikir kritis mahasiswa melalui penerapan model flipped classroom pada mata kuliah Kepemimpinan di Program Studi Pendidikan Luar Sekolah Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dua siklus dengan subjek 32 mahasiswa semester IV. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, angket motivasi belajar, tes berpikir kritis, dan dokumentasi, lalu dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif dengan perbandingan antarsiklus. Hasil menunjukkan motivasi belajar meningkat dari 70% menjadi 88%, rata-rata skor berpikir kritis meningkat dari 72 menjadi 85, serta partisipasi dan interaksi mahasiswa meningkat signifikan. Model flipped classroom berbasis LMS terbukti efektif meningkatkan keterlibatan aktif dan kemampuan berpikir kritis mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran kepemimpinan.
