Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja dan Literasi Digital terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Dinas Pendidikan Kota Semarang

Kinerja pegawai di sektor pendidikan publik dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, termasuk disiplin kerja dan literasi digital, namun kajian empiris mengenai keduanya secara simultan masih terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja dan literasi digital terhadap kinerja pegawai pada organisasi pendidikan publik. Metode kuantitatif diterapkan dengan teknik sampling jenuh melibatkan 120 pegawai sebagai responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner berskala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F, serta koefisien determinasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja (β=0,364) dan literasi digital (β=0,465) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, baik secara parsial maupun simultan, dengan kontribusi bersama sebesar 57,9%. Literasi digital terbukti lebih dominan. Temuan ini mengimplikasikan bahwa penguatan disiplin kerja dan peningkatan literasi digital perlu diprioritaskan sebagai strategi peningkatan kinerja pegawai di sektor pendidikan publik pada era digital.
