Refleksi Metakognitif dalam PAI Berbasis Proyek: Transformasi Deep Learning dan Internalisasi Nilai Islami Siswa

Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) menghadapi tantangan mendasar dalam memastikan bahwa aktivitas berbasis proyek tidak hanya menghasilkan produk teknis, tetapi juga menginternalisasi nilai-nilai keislaman secara autentik pada diri peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi mekanisme refleksi metakognitif dan regulasi diri sebagai penggerak utama transformasi surface learning menuju deep learning dalam pembelajaran PAI berbasis proyek (PjBL). Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan desain studi kasus introspektif melalui kerangka practitioner research, data dikumpulkan secara triangulatif dari 41 mahasiswa semester 5 Program Studi PAI UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta melalui kuesioner daring, observasi partisipan, dan analisis dokumen proyek. Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi tiga mekanisme kunci: (1) interrogasi konseptual, (2) bridging value cognition, dan (3) regulasi kolaboratif. Temuan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada komponen evaluasi diri sebesar 39%, serta internalisasi nilai kejujuran (sidq) dan tanggung jawab (amanah) yang lebih kuat dibandingkan nilai-nilai lainnya. Penelitian ini mengajukan Model Integrasi Metakognisi-Nilai (MVIM) sebagai kerangka konseptual yang dapat dioperasionalisasikan dalam pembelajaran PAI berbasis proyek.
