Paradoks Kompetensi Literasi Bisnis Digital Mahasiswa Akuntansi terhadap Kesiapan Kerja di Era Ekonomi Digital

Dengan transformasi ekonomi digital, standar profesional telah berubah. Mahasiswa Akuntansi harus memahami secara menyeluruh bisnis digital. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi bisnis digital terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa dalam konteks industri 4.0. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner terstruktur dari 60 mahasiswa aktif yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling menggunakan desain deskriptif kuantitatif. Untuk menggambarkan distribusi frekuensi dan nilai rata-rata indikator, analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan fenomena Paradoks Kompetensi Digital. Meskipun tingkat literasi digital responden sangat tinggi (terutama dalam hal efektivitas akses informasi, dengan skor 85%), ada perbedaan yang signifikan dalam kesiapan mental untuk bersaing dengan persaingan industri, dengan skor rata-rata terendah 3,83. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan untuk menguasai perangkat lunak analisis data telah meningkatkan kepercayaan teknis, tetapi belum mampu menghilangkan kecemasan profesional. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kurikulum pendidikan tinggi harus diubah agar fokusnya tidak hanya pada kemampuan teknologi yang rumit, tetapi juga membantu siswa menjadi lebih efektif dan mendapatkan pengalaman kerja praktis melalui simulasi kerja digital untuk mengurangi disparitas kemampuan di dunia kerja nyata.
