Gerimis: Model Literasi Berbasis Kebiasaan untuk Meningkatkan Perkembangan Bahasa Anak Usia Dini di Daycare

Perkembangan bahasa anak usia dini memerlukan stimulasi literasi konsisten melalui interaksi komunikatif yang bermakna. Penelitian terdahulu, literasi masih berfokus pada intervensi jangka pendek di pendidikan formal, sementara kajian model literasi berbasis kebiasaan di lingkungan pendidikan non-formal seperti daycare masih terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis efektivitas model literasi berbasis kebiasaan GERIMIS (Gerakan Literasi Hari Kamis) dalam mendukung perkembangan bahasa anak usia dini. Pendekatan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan subjek anak usia 4 tahun, pendidik, dan orang tua di Nungky Daycare Banyuwangi. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan GERIMIS melalui kegiatan membaca nyaring, dialog interaktif, dan mendongeng mampu meningkatkan kemampuan menyimak, berbicara, menceritakan kembali, dan meningkatkan keterlibatan verbal dan kepercayaan diri anak serta mengurangi indikasi keterlambatan bicara. GERIMIS berpotensi menjadi model literasi berbasis kebiasaan yang efektif dalam mendukung perkembangan bahasa anak usia dini di lingkungan pendidikan non-formal.
