Pengaruh Pelatihan Pemanfaatan GIMKIT terhadap Peningkatan Kompetensi Guru Dalam Transformasi Penilaian Formatif di Era 5.0

Penerapan asesmen formatif berbasis digital pada Era 5.0 menuntut peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam memanfaatkan teknologi pembelajaran interaktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan pemanfaatan Gimkit terhadap peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam menerapkan asesmen formatif serta mengidentifikasi tantangan dan peluang penggunaannya. Metode penelitian menggunakan mixed methods dengan desain pretest–posttest. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru madrasah di berbagai jenjang di Kota Kupang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 45 orang. Data kuantitatif dianalisis menggunakan paired sample t-test, sedangkan data kualitatif diperoleh melalui wawancara dan observasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan peningkatan kompetensi guru yang signifikan setelah pelatihan, ditunjukkan oleh kenaikan rata-rata skor dari 48,51 pada pretest menjadi 82,75 pada posttest, nilai p < 0,05, serta N-Gain dalam kategori tinggi. Temuan wawancara mengungkap adanya kendala awal berupa keterbatasan perangkat, akses login, dan pemahaman navigasi fitur. Namun demikian, guru menilai Gimkit memiliki peluang besar dalam meningkatkan motivasi siswa, memberikan umpan balik cepat, serta memudahkan pemantauan capaian belajar. Hasil observasi juga menunjukkan peningkatan kelancaran guru dalam menggunakan Gimkit selama sesi praktik. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan pemanfaatan Gimkit berkontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam asesmen formatif di era 5.0. Namun, penelitian ini belum melibatkan kelompok kontrol dan belum menguji dampak jangka panjang, sehingga studi lanjutan eksperimental dan longitudinal diperlukan.
