Konsep Deschooling Society Ivan Illich dalam Transformasi Pendidikan Kontemporer

Artikel ini membahas seorang pemikir radikal yang mengkritik institusionalisasi pendidikan modern melalui konsep Deschooling Society dan Learning Webs. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis relevansi pemikiran Illich terhadap reformasi pendidikan kontemporer. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan literature review, mengkaji berbagai sumber ilmiah dari jurnal dan buku terkait. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa Illich menekankan pembebasan pendidikan dari kontrol institusional agar belajar dapat berlangsung secara mandiri, kontekstual, dan berbasis pengalaman sosial. Konsep Learning Webs menjadi dasar bagi munculnya pembelajaran digital dan kolaboratif modern, seperti e-learning dan Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs). Filsafat pendidikan Illich tetap relevan dalam menghadapi tantangan globalisasi dan komersialisasi pendidikan, karena mendorong sistem pembelajaran yang humanistik, terbuka, dan berorientasi pada kebebasan individu.
